Shipping policy

 

All Dallas Maynard Jewelry items are handcrafted and made to order in Chicago, IL.

Orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks, unless it is a custom or one of a kind creation (see custom creations policy for details). All shipping rates are confirmed during the checkout process for non-custom pieces. Orders over $500 will ship via FedEx or UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Each individual item has a specific ship time-frame unless we are making a custom creation. All custom pieces will be discussed via email with a set due date before fabrication begins. 

For custom orders, the shipment date will be communicated during the consultation process.

For all other orders, a confirmation email will be sent when the order is processed and ready to ship.

We understand that custom orders are often time sensitive in nature. We provide tracking numbers for ALL orders, but please note that estimated delivery times MAY vary. Please make prior arrangements to sign for your package (if signing is required) or to be present for delivery.  

All custom orders will be charged an approximate rate for shipping insurance- prior to shipping your order. You will be contacted and asked to confirm your shipping address and contact number. Please note that estimated shipping and insurance costs are subject to change based on the total retail cost of your order, desired delivery date, changes in delivery address, and any applied rush fees. Dallas Maynard Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or other unmanageable events. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.  

Additional charges will apply for all international and rush orders. Please contact dallas@dallasmaynard.com before placing an order if you would like your item to be rush shipped. 

We are not responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees for international shipping and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items that meet the return policy requirements. International Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.  Additional fees are determined by the customs agency per that countries requirements. Payment of any duties/additional fee is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Please note that international orders require a longer ship time, resulting in a longer wait time to receive the purchased item. 

We offer free gift wrapping for US orders only. Customs regulations prohibits gift wrapping for international orders. 

If you would like your order gift wrapped, please email us immediately after placing your order, prior to shipping (applies to United States orders only).

All sales are final.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied at checkout to all orders shipped to locations within the state of Illinois.
