Refund policy

 

Cancelations must be made within 12 hours of purchase for refund. Deposits for custom jobs are non-refundable even if the custom job is canceled. 

All made to order pieces and discounted items are final sale. Ready to ship items in unworn condition can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer refunds.

All loose stones (diamonds and sapphires) are non refundable and are final sale at time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges, repairs and resizing. In this event shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security, we recommend using UPS or FedEx with tracking. We do not recommend using USPS for shipping and we do not accept COD. Dallas Maynard Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Dallas Maynard Jewelry is not responsible for missing or returned packages and we reserve the right to deny a package if the merchandise returned does not meet our  policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and will not be processed. We cannot can not complete your repair or sizing if your package is lost or damaged in transit. 

We strongly recommend that you insure your shipped pieces to protect against any unforeseen circumstances when shipping items to Dallas Maynard Jewelry. Dallas Maynard Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement value of the shipped items in the event of loss, damage, or theft while the item is en route to us. 

We can not guarantee an exact ship date and all items shipping out of the country could expect delays and a custom fee.
